Cancellation Policy
While every effort is made to conduct classes as scheduled, there are times when classes must be cancelled due to extenuating circumstances, insufficient class enrollment, or inclement weather conditions. The Art Institute of Atlanta reserves the right to cancel classes not filled and to change instructors without notice. Students will be contacted at the email address or phone number provided at the time of registration if a course or specific class is cancelled. In addition, if the college is closed due to inclement weather, a message to that effect will be placed on the main college number (770.394.8300 or 1.800.275.4242) as soon as the decision is made.
REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Written requests for withdrawal via email, fax, or mail are required to request a refund. If you prefer, you may credit your workshop fee towards a different class instead of a refund.
• If a workshop is cancelled by the college, you will receive a full refund.
• If you drop a class before the first session, you will receive a refund of the workshop fee less a $20 processing fee per class.
• If you drop the class before the second session, you will receive a refund of tuition paid less a $50 processing fee per class.
• After the second class, there is no refund.
• In single-session classes, there are no refunds after class begins.
• A different policy applies to WSET classes
